Aged: No age statement Shortcross Gin is distilled on Rademon Estate, County Down, Northern Ireland using locally foraged wild clover along with elderflowers, elderberries and green apples. The full recipe is not disclosed but other botanicals include: juniper, coriander, orange peel, lemon peel and cassia. The water used is drawn from the estate’s own historic well. ShotCross Gin is hand-bottled, wax dipped and signed before leaving the estate.
