Serenade, from New Dimension Distilling, is a native ruby gin distilled with strawberry gum, kakadu plum, lavender, sandalwood, ruby grapefruit and vanilla beans. Each sip opens with the sweet, fruity brightness of strawberry gum and grapefruit, followed by the tart complexity of kakadu plum and floral lavender. A warm, earthy sandalwood undertone and a smooth vanilla finish round it out. Tart, vitamin-rich kakadu plum is a hero native botanical to reach for when you build your own gin.
