Naught Australian Dry Gin is a mischievous yet approachable take on the London Dry, distilled from pure wheat spirit and built on juniper, bright citrus, toasted wattle seed and warming star anise. Expect an immediate hit of fresh juniper and zesty citrus, then the warmth of cassia and the nutty depth of wattle seed, with orange and star anise rounding the mid-palate.
