A South-East-Asian-inspired dry gin from Bass & Flinders Distillery on the Mornington Peninsula. Lemongrass, ginger and ginseng collide with juniper to create a storm in the glass — fresh, earthy and punchy with a touch of heat — while honeyed liquorice carries the warming spice through a lofty, aromatic finish.
