King Island Coastal Gin
kingislanddistillery.com.au Botanical bill reviewed & confirmed by distillery
King Island Coastal Gin is distilled on King Island in Bass Strait using King Island rainwater, capturing the Australian coastal lifestyle in every sip. The bill blends juniper, coriander, angelica, orris, cassia, native oregano, saltbush and waxflower with foraged King Island bull kelp and rock salt. Bull kelp lends a briny, oceanic minerality — a hero botanical to make your own gin sing.
