One of the rare Scottish gins distilled from the maker's own local-wheat spirit, developed over 14 months and 90 recipes. It leads with juniper and is built around local noble fir needles and bladderwrack seaweed, then hits all five tastes with mango, orange, numbing green sichuan pepper and tangy bay leaf. Forest, shore and tropical fruit in one glass. Bladderwrack brings a saline, umami depth — a hero botanical to reach for when you build your own bill.
