Heartbreak Pinot Noir Gin
bassandflindersdistillery.com Botanical bill reviewed & confirmed by distillery
An annual limited release from Bass & Flinders Distillery on the Mornington Peninsula, this ruby-red gin is fortified with hand-pressed local Pinot Noir for brooding dark-fruit sweetness. Juniper leads, with raspberry and pepperberry melding the wine into the spirit, while rosemary, sage and strawberry gum round out a savoury, textural finish. Strawberry gum lends a soft berry-and-eucalypt lift — a hero native to reach for when you build your own bill.
