From Headlands Distilling Co., Boobialla is the only gin in the world crafted exclusively from hand-foraged native boobialla (Australian native juniper, Myoporum insulare) — no European juniper at all, giving less pine and a more floral profile. It is paired with rare natives including scented emu bush, native tamarind, white kunzea, atherton almond, quandong, geraldton wax, native currant, lemon aspen and cinnamon myrtle for a complex, floral spirit with a smooth finish. Boobialla is a hero botanical for anyone wanting to build a truly Australian gin of their own.
