Greenwich Marine Gin
greenwichgin.uk Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry
Honouring the Greenwich Meridian, this London Dry weaves thirteen botanicals across marine, world and classic accords: Atlantic dulse, kombu kelp and sea fennel for coastal salinity; lulo, sakura, tonka and balsam fir for global intrigue; and juniper, coriander, angelica, bitter orange and lime to hold it together. Kombu kelp is the bold experiment — a savoury, umami minerality that turns an ordinary bill into something genuinely maritime.
