Gin 10 — Wild & Spicy is a big, bold, contemporary gin from Bass & Flinders Distillery, built from a blend of ten botanicals and made to match a Negroni. Cardamom, cassia and native pepperberry form a racy foundation, loosely reined in by orange and lime, over a resinous, juniper-forward heart. Cassia is the warming bark to lean on in your own gin — a close cousin of cinnamon that brings sweet spice and gentle heat.
