Named after the famous Italian gardens on Garnish Island in West Cork, this Irish gin is built around locally foraged botanicals. Alongside juniper sit hibiscus, iris, rose and rosemary, with foraged thyme in the mix too — a fragrant, garden-inspired bill that leans floral and herbaceous.
