A fruity, sparkly gin from Billy Stitch in Western Australia, built on an orange and cassia base then steeped in a whole berry patch of blueberry, blackberry, raspberry and strawberry. At 40% it is sweet, summery and refreshingly fruity — pink and, yes, literally sparkly. Blackberry lends a deep, jammy berry richness — one to reach for when you build your own bill.
