FEW American Gin is built on a grain spirit made at the distillery from corn, wheat, rye and barley, then redistilled with eleven botanicals. Alongside juniper sit Tahitian vanilla, grains of paradise, hops, lemon peel and orange peel for a rich, warm-spiced American style. That touch of vanilla is a hero botanical to reach for when you want to round out and sweeten your own bill.
