Desert Gin

78 Degrees Desert Gin is a bold, higher-proof (48%) grape-based gin that champions Australian desert botanicals, with three species of house-roasted wattleseed cold-macerated over the base. Bright pine and citrus from juniper, blood lime and Riverland orange meet rich toasted flavours of roasted coffee, cocoa and pepper from native pepperberry. Roasted wattleseed gives a smooth, textural richness — a hero native to reach for when you build your own bill.
