Del Professore Gin Monsieur is an amber-hued gin built through both distillation and infusion, drawing its character from juniper, lavender, angelica, orange, rose and chamomile. The result is soft, aromatic and faintly perfumed rather than bracingly dry. That gentle chamomile brings a honeyed, calming note — a lovely hero botanical to explore when you make your own gin sing.
