Christopher Wren Gin was created by ex-Tanqueray master distiller Tom Nichol — a classic London Dry made at the City of London Distillery with just five botanicals: juniper berries, liquorice, coriander seeds, angelica root and sweet orange peel. Named after the architect of St Paul's, with a bottle echoing the cathedral's dome. With only five botanicals, sweet orange peel does real work lifting the juniper — proof that a lean bill can shine.
