Chocolate Gin

78 Degrees Chocolate Gin is a limited-edition South Australian gin that infuses leftover cacao husks from the chocolate-making process for a velvety, bittersweet undertone. Native wattleseed and Riverland orange add nutty depth and bright Jaffa-like lift over a classic juniper heart, with toasted hazelnut rounding it out. Wattleseed brings flavours of roasted coffee and dark cocoa — a remarkable native to experiment with when you make your own gin.
