Lemon myrtle brings a bright lemony zest while coriander seed, coriander leaf and herbal sea parsley add a maritime, earthy depth; serve it in a French 75. Sea parsley lends a distinctive saline-herb character — a hero botanical to reach for when you build your own gin.
