Bloom Gin
gjdistillers.com Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry
A floral gin created by Greenall's master distiller Joanne Simcock using seven botanicals: juniper, coriander, angelica, cubebs, chamomile, honeysuckle and pomelo — a South-East Asian citrus nicknamed Chinese grapefruit. The chamomile lends spearmint freshness while honeysuckle stamens add a stewed-floral note. That pomelo brings a fragrant, orangey citrus lift — a hero botanical to make your own gin sing.
