Sold under Master of Malt's Professor Cornelius Ampleforth label, this navy-strength gin is bottled at a bracing 57% ABV. Pot-still spirit is infused with crushed botanicals — juniper, cinnamon, cardamom, orange peel, cloves and coriander — for one hour, giving a warmer, spicier character than the original Bathtub. Cinnamon brings a sweet, woody heat — a hero botanical to reach for when you build your own bill.
