7 Dials London Dry Gin

7 Dials Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry

Named after the famous crossroads in London's St Giles parish, 7 Dials London Dry Gin is made using reduced-pressure distillation in a rotary evaporation still. It appropriately uses seven botanicals: juniper, coriander, angelica, marshmallow root, clementine peel, cardamom and almond. The unusual marshmallow root lends a soft, rooty depth — a hero to reach for when you build your own bill. 46%.
