Bavay Distillery's gin aged over twelve months in a single Langmeil Shiraz barrel, based on a 100-year-old wheat recipe. Traditional botanicals of juniper, angelica root, orris root, liquorice root, coriander seed and lime peel with rich barrel-derived fruit, spice and oak.
