White Cliffs Gin

White Cliffs is a maritime-inspired contemporary London Dry built to evoke a bracing coastal clifftop walk, redistilled with 22 botanicals in a vintage pot still. The juniper is sourced from northern Poland for its woodier, less piney character, and foraged coastal botanicals lead: samphire, sea buckthorn, kelp, sparaxis, elderflower, orange blossom and fresh orange zest. That foraged samphire brings a green, saline crunch — a hero to reach for when you build your own coastal gin.
