St. George Dry Rye Gin
stgeorgespirits.com Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry
Pitched as a gin for whiskey lovers, St. George Dry Rye is built on a 100% pot-distilled rye spirit, then redistilled with just six botanicals: juniper, black peppercorn, caraway, coriander, grapefruit peel and lime peel. The malty rye base gives it a bold, spirit-forward backbone rare among gins. GinSchool discovery: caraway brings a warm, bready, aniseed lift that echoes rye bread itself — reach for it when you want a savoury, distinctly continental note in your own gin.
