A limited-release collaboration between Ambleside Distillers and Valtteri Bottas & Tiffany Cromwell of Oath Gin — two hemispheres, two brands, one story. Base botanicals of oats and juniper (berries and needles) make for a soft, sweet mouthfeel and piney backbone, while sweet cherry and crisp apple give a floral, fruity lift, finished with a warm cinnamon-like spice. Oats bring that rounded, creamy softness — an unexpected hero to fold into your own bill.
