Old Tom Gin
amblesidedistillers.com Botanical bill reviewed & confirmed by distillery
Ambleside Distillers' Old Tom Gin is a seasonal release where traditional Old Tom botanicals meet native Australian flavours, paying homage to the makers' family roots in York. Piney juniper meets bright orange and lemon, while a post-distillation steep of English Breakfast tea, brown sugar and lemon myrtle adds sweetness and elongates the palate. Expect sweet citrus, lingering spice, malt and pine. A post-distillation English Breakfast tea steep is a clever trick to borrow when you build your own bill.
