Nikka Coffey Gin
nikkawhiskyusa.com Botanical bill reviewed & confirmed by distillery
Nikka's Coffey Gin draws its entire base spirit through the traditional Coffey still that makes the distillery's signature grain whiskies, giving a silky texture and rich body. Its complexity rests on a delicate balance of Japanese citrus — yuzu, amanatsu, kabosu and shequasar — with a touch of apple, a fruit deeply tied to Nikka's history, and pleasantly tangy sansho pepper on the finish. Layers of lemon and orange sit over earthy juniper. Citrusy, floral yuzu is a hero botanical to reach for when you build your own gin.
