Mirabeau Dry Rosé Gin
maisonmirabeau.com Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry
From Maison Mirabeau in Provence, this dry rosé gin starts on grape neutral spirit distilled with classic botanicals — juniper, coriander, orris and angelica root. A Provençal layer follows with lemon, rose petal, lavender, jasmine, bay leaf, thyme and rosemary, plus an infusion of rosé wine for its blush hue. Lavender lends that unmistakable Provence calm — a hero floral to weave in when you make your own gin sing.
