Maritime Gin 700mL
bassandflindersdistillery.com Botanical bill reviewed & confirmed by distillery
Maritime Gin from Bass & Flinders Distillery is a fresh, savoury native dry gin made with locally foraged ingredients — a lick of salty sea air that captures the Mornington Peninsula. Lemon myrtle, saltbush, kelp and samphire combine with wattleseed, strawberry gum and currant bush over a juniper base, made to complement food. Foraged kelp is the bold one to experiment with in your own gin — a marine botanical that lends a clean, oceanic, umami-savoury edge.
