Ink Gin
inkgin.com Botanical bill reviewed & confirmed by distillery
Ink Gin from Husk Farm Distillery is the original colour-changing gin, crafted with twelve botanicals for a bold, citrus-led profile. Native lemon myrtle and sweet orange bring a zesty kick, with subtle Tasmanian pepperberry for warmth over the juniper base. After distillation it's steeped with pH-sensitive butterfly pea flower, which adds a soft, green-tea note and turns the gin from deep indigo to blush pink with tonic. Butterfly pea flower is a magical hero botanical to make your own gin sing.
