Hunters Cheshire Gin

Hunters Cheshire Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry

A distilled gin made at Langley Distillery in England, with a recipe kept secret but known to contain juniper, coriander seeds, lemon and sweet orange peel. The botanicals are steeped in neutral spirit for an undisclosed period before distillation in a John Dore pot still.

A tight, citrus-forward bill of lemon and sweet orange peel shows how much character a few well-chosen botanicals can carry in your own gin.
