Harbour Strength from Hickson House Distilling Co. is gin turned up — a bold, juniper-forward navy-strength pour at 57% where the juniper turns resinous and almost piney. Coriander, angelica and orris stay razor-sharp, while native saltbush lends an earthy, sea-spray salinity that lingers oily on the finish. Saltbush brings briny, coastal depth — one to reach for when you want your own gin to taste of the shoreline.
