A premium Barossa shiraz gin from Greenock Estate Wines, awarded Great Gold at the 2021 International Wine & Spirits Awards. The front palate offers juniper, finger lime and orange candy with black plum, while elegant fresh shiraz notes of mulberry, plum and spiced fruit cake follow through, the rich ruby colour blushing to pink diamond once you add a mixer. Best on ice or with agave lemon tonic and fresh strawberry. Black plum lends a deep, jammy stone-fruit sweetness — a hero botanical to make your own gin sing.
