Gin Sul Dry Gin

After living in Portugal, Stephan Garbe returned to his native Hamburg to make a Germanic take on a Portuguese gin. Fresh lemons are couriered weekly from Portugal, hand-peeled for each batch, alongside Portuguese rockrose. The bill runs juniper, coriander, fresh rosemary, allspice, lavender and cinnamon — bright, resinous and herbaceous. The Portuguese lemon peel gives it its sunlit heart — a hero botanical to make your own gin sing.
