Distilled with just four botanicals, juniper, coriander seed, angelica root and orris root, this gin is aged over 1000 days in a Côte du Rhône cask and made in batches of around 250 bottles. The long rest builds soft, wine-tinged depth onto a clean, classic spine. Earthy and fixative, orris root is a hero botanical to reach for when you want to bind and round out your own bill.
