D. George Benham's Sonoma Gin

D. George Benham's Sonoma Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry

D. George Benham's Sonoma Gin is made with twelve botanicals — including Meyer lemon, Buddha's hand, grains of paradise, galangal and peppermint — each individually vapour-distilled and then blended, atop a juniper backbone. The separate-distillation approach gives each botanical room to speak. The citrussy, fragrant Buddha's hand is a striking hero to explore when you build your own gin.
