durhamdistillery.com Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry
Botanicals including coriander, caraway, rosemary, cardamom, juniper and cassia are distilled using vapor infusion in a pot still to produce a base gin spirit. This is blended with distillates of citrus and fig which are individually distilled at room temperature using low pressure distillation.
