Churchill London Dry Gin

burnstewartdistillers.com Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry

Churchill London Dry traces its lineage back to 1878 and is now made by Burn Stewart at the Deanston distillery near Doune, Perthshire. Its botanical recipe is a pared-back classic: juniper berries, coriander, orris and lemon. With so few botanicals, bright lemon is left to carry the citrus on its own — a reminder that restraint can be its own art when you build your own bill.
