Blind Tiger Imperial Secrets Gin
blindtiger.be Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry
A tea-forward gin distilled with black teas from Assam, Cashmere and Yunnan alongside juniper and a supporting cast of lemon peel, lemongrass, bitter almond and grains of paradise. The black teas give it a tannic, aromatic backbone you don't often meet in gin. Those black teas are the hero here — a striking note to reach for when you build your own bill.
