The third in Beefeater's limited-edition run, London Market was developed by master distiller Desmond Payne and released in 2011. It builds on the classic Beefeater base, layering juniper with bright pomegranate seeds, fragrant kaffir lime leaves and warm cardamom pods. Those lime leaves throw a green, citrus-floral note worth reaching for when you're building your own bill.
