This gin recipe is derived from BDC Game of Eucalyptus, the second most highly awarded Gin of Brisbane: A multiple double gold winner. Juniper and Angelica Root provide a traditional structure for the spirit. Kakadu plum presents a sherbet-like character on the nose, followed by the zesty citrus of Queensland finger limes & lemon myrtle. Strawberry Eucalyptus leaf endures for a fresh and fruity finish.
