The flagship from Archie Rose, Australia's most awarded distillery, hand-built in their Rosebery rooms where every botanical is distilled separately before blending — a painterly, layer-by-layer method that lets each note keep its own voice. Classic juniper and warm, citrus-edged coriander seed lay the backbone, lifted by bright native Sunrise lime and zesty Valencia orange zest. Dorrigo pepperleaf brings a sharp, green-pepper heat and strawberry gum a sweet cinnamon-and-berry fruitiness, while floral waxflower and earthy orris root add aromatic lift and structure. Bottled at 42%, it's bright, spiced and unmistakably Australian. Waxflower is the one to borrow for your own gin — a honeyed, lemongrass-scented native that makes the whole spirit sing.
