Moonshiner's Alice Street is, in their words, resoundingly pink — a gin cramming as much flavour as humanly possible into the bottle. Pomegranate is the base fruit, its intense colour transforming to a pretty pink the moment tonic hits the glass, joined by sweet-tart apple, a slight tang of tea and a clean vanilla finish. Juniper carries through and balances the noble botanicals. Pomegranate brings a darker, fruit-driven base — a hero botanical to reach for when you want your own gin to turn heads.
