Made by York Gin Distillery, this expression nods to Terry's Chocolate Orange — also invented in York — and adds no sugar. Over the distillery's classic base of juniper, coriander seeds, angelica root, cardamom, cinnamon bark, lemon peel, orris root, black pepper and grains of paradise, it layers cocoa nibs and fresh oranges. Those cocoa nibs bring a dry, bittersweet depth — a hero to reach for when you build your own dessert-style gin.
