A coastal gin from Wharf St. Distillery with a subtle pinkness, built around local pigface — a beach succulent with a pretty pink flower — alongside rhubarb and raspberry for a slightly sweet saltiness over a juniper base. A mildly dry gin made for drinking all afternoon, neat or with tonic and fresh raspberries. Double Gold at the 2023 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
