Distilled by Oregon Spirit Distillers of Bend, Oregon on a German-made Ulrich Kothe hybrid still, The Walter Collective redistils a wheat spirit with Italian juniper alongside cassia, cardamom and grapefruit peel. Founder Matt Melaik named the company for his grandfather Walter, a keen artist, and the gin is "artfully crafted using premium ingredients in creative and thoughtful ways." The cardamom brings a warm, aromatic spice — a hero botanical to make your own gin sing.
