The Sabre is West Winds Distillers' foundation London Dry, a classic style with a New World nod. An aromatic backbone of juniper and several citrus elements teams with imported and Australian botanicals — including lemon myrtle and wattleseed for palate weight — to create a fresh, bright G&T gin. Awarded Best Australian London Dry at the 2021 World Gin Awards. Wattleseed adds a nutty, roasted depth — a grounding native to build into your own bill.
