Slingsby's Yorkshire Rhubarb Gin, from Spirit of Harrogate, layers rhubarb over the brand's signature grapefruit citrus base, cut with water from the famous Harrogate aquifer. Tasting opens with sweet rhubarb, moves through the bitter tang of pink grapefruit, and finishes tart and clean. Serve over ice with elderflower tonic and raspberries.
