Aged: No age statement A compound gin flavoured and coloured by dried Cedro fruit peel - the only citrus used for the recipe. This gin is further distinguished by its use of purified sea water from the Mediterranean. Along with juniper berries, other botanicals include coriander seeds and liquorice root. The packaging is made more distinctive by the small working compass fixed to the top of the wooden stopper, a reference to the 'compass' originating from the Latin words com, meaning "together," and passus meaning "pace or step", so compass means to journey together.
