Created by actress Emma Watson and her drinks-industry brother, Renais draws on the family's Chablis vineyard: grape skins and lees left after pressing are distilled into the base spirit, then blended with a 'Kimmeridgian stone distillate' for subtle minerality. The botanicals include juniper berries, grains of paradise, linden flowers and acacia honey. Those fragrant linden flowers are a hero botanical to bring a honeyed, floral lift to your own gin.
